There are two possible directions: from East to West and from West to East. From Cavo you can sleep in San Giovanni in Portoferraio or in Portoazzurro. The second stage ends at Literno / Le Solane, you can sleep in guest houses or in the village of Procchio. The third stage arrives in Poggio and there you find easily rooms. Finally we arrive at Colle d'Orano or Pomonte where there are beautiful hotels at low cost.



For eating the best way it's to ask people in your B&B or hotel, or directly on the street for "un ristorante buono che costa poco", that means a low cost restaurant with good quality. You can also ask for "una buona trattoria".
